Clients can choose from 4 different model of villa, differing slightly in design, build size and price (see ‘Model Details’ below). Clients also choose their plot of land for the villa to be built on.
In the last 4 years, Viewspain have worked with only one constructor of inland villas. This is simply because this Spanish constructor takes great pride in their build quality, the construction prices present very good value for money to our clients, all the correct legal paperwork and licenses are in place before construction starts and all clients receive their Title Deeds (escritura) on completion, and importantly, the constructor works very closely with our clients throughout the build process and is always happy to consider any specific requests to changes to the design to give the villas a personal touch.
Build time
Depending on client preference build time can be 6 months to 12 months, depending on whether clients are looking to move into the property as soon as possible or prefer a slightly longer completion, be it for personal or financial reasons.
Location & Site Information
This site is located in the area of Zurgena, just off the N334 road to Baza, and just 3 minutes drive from the beautiful typical whitewashed village of Zurgena, where there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the local school. The constructor is building 45 detached villas, on plots of around 600m2. There are 4 models of villa to choose from as per the section below. The constructor is also building all access roads, street lighting, and large green areas planted and landscaped for the community. Construction started in 2006 and the first villas have now been completed, with owners taking possession and moving in. There are however still plots available.
The constructor is also just starting the promotion of a new site about 10 minutes drive away in the area of Arboleas on the edge of a small hamlet, which has just 4 plots on it, and shall enjoy fabulous country views across hillsides of Almond trees. The prices for these plots with villas are coming soon.

Legal Issues:
Viewspain always recommend that a client contacts a lawyer to represent them in any purchase, just as they would in the UK. This is particularly important when buying inland properties, as constructors often need more permissions and licenses to build in rural areas, where land needs to be reclassified from ‘rustic’ to ‘urban’. Clients can use or find their own lawyers, or Viewspain are happy to recommend good lawyers that are experienced in the purchasing of country villas.

The next step is to them book a date to meet us and visit the site for an inspection. Viewspain has never paid for inspection trips as we firmly believe that clients should not be steered to only seeing what a Sales company want you to see, and that it is very much in the clients best interest that you see only the properties or developments that you choose to see.
However, with these fantastic Inland villas, Viewspain shall pay any buyer 500 euros cash back after purchasing as a contribution to the clients travelling and accommodation costs.
